1. Do I need an account to order?
No, you can also place an order as a visitor. But, there are a few advantages if you have an account with us:

Your information is then SSL encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
4. Are there exchange rates?
All our transactions are in euros. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated according to the daily exchange rate on the date your card issuer processes the transaction.
5. How do I set my delivery address?
Because our website and service are French-based, all information you enter must be in French, including punctuation. If some letters of your address contain non-French letters, you will be advised to use similar French letters. For example, you can change the letter "ô" to "o".
6. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please note that your delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been processed or shipped. Please update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vacation address, as we don't know how long the destination customs department will hold the package (pending).
